Can't find anything on China blue...
I do know that kava kava dameges your liver, and woodrose can cause ergotism or whatever, i don't remember what it was..

i took 8 300mg kavakava pills
supposedly they only have 75mg of kavalactone (sic maybe).. and it didnt really do anything
