 valerian root
can valerian root be used in place of valerian oil and if so is it ok that they are in pill form

well the just sucks i have no clue what it smells like i havent opend the bottle to get a good wiff your probally right that it wouldnt work it is used as a sleep aid

its a great sleep aid and mellower. it smells exactly like my brothers dirty socks ughh. its kinda a family joke now. its not recreationally though, but still good.
