 unknown pills, help.
my friend found some pills in a lil leather bag laying on the ground.
there shaped like tylenol (rectangle with round edges and tops) but they dont have any labels or numbers on them. there white smooth and blank
there must be like 30+ pills i nthis lil bag

Ibuprofen is the generic drug name for such pills as Motrin and Advil.
Vikes, usually spelled [Vics], is short for Vicodins, which is Tylenol with 500 - sometimes 750mg - of hydrocodone which is a mid-level opiate.
I can't tell you what you have for sure, but if there's no incription on them it ain't Vicodin.
Chances are it's some OTC pill [OTC: Over the Counter].
I say this because prescription pills need some way to identify them in case of emergency.
