 Xanax In Urine
How long will it take for Xanax to get out of my system for a urine test? I took a totem pole last night and iam going for the test Saturday. Would i be cool if i drank water the hold day friday then maybe buy a detox drink?

Half life for xanax is 6 to 20 hours, that puts a one mg dose at 195 ng/ml in 2 to 6 days --for 180lb person. (I have a chart made by a chemist friend) 200 ng/ml is detectable in a piss test. Doesn't narrow it a whole lot I know, but I ate one mg xanax and had a piss test 4.5 days later and passed.
