In English what are the instructions. I have formulas out the rear with words i can't even pronounce. Does anyone have an easier way of explaining how to make crystal meth?

its really easy all you need is your mums food blender a microwave and some ingredients, nutmeg, banana skins, vinilla extract and vinegar all you have to do is mix them all up in the blender and put in the microwave, voila crystal meth.

seriosuly though if it where that easy to synth meth, mdma or lsd we'd all be making it.
