Darvon and Darvocet can't even be used in the same breath as the other two; they're to damn weak.

[That's not to say that they're safe or anything: my best friend found his Dad dead from a darvon OD when he was 6 years old - back in '74 or '75. But it did take a lot; he had several Doctors through out a coouple of states giving him prescriptions].

Now, far as I've seen about Ultram, the story seems to be that it might get you a little high, but not if you already are used to opiates.


Vioxx isn't even a pain killer, it's a NASID [Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug].

Why mess with something that will get you hooked?

I'd really like to know why people chance it?

Do you think it won't happen to you?

9 out of 10 times it will. I know: I've watched it happen all around me.

You'll probably get SOMETHING from the ultram. I'll admit how strong it was suprised me - not saying its very strong, but just surprising. I'd go ahead and give it a try, but leave the Vioxx alone.

I honestly think no opiate would be worth your time when you consider your time to be the rest of your life, which is the average length of an addiction.

You really are no more special that the last guy who thought he could just chip.

oh i know...i used to be a smack addict unfortunately...i had a slight cave recently but am gonna get myself back on track..

the ultrams will get you high,take 300-400 mgs of it,an opiate buzz without the noddiness...
