If a cop finds you and you just got through smoking a bowl, and he smells if on you, can you still get busted? Like if a cop caught you and smelt the weed on you but couldnt find any weed.

Or if you take a drug test when applying for a job....If you fail, do you get in trouble or just not get the job?

It isn't illegal to smoke weed man, only to posess it. If a cop searches you for smelling like herb, and finds nothing, you can't be charged.

drug tests can not be used in court.

and its only drug paraphanalia if it has pot resin (or another illegal substance's resin.)

however a headshop in alaska just got shut down and the owner has to go to court. they are saying his "tabacco" pipes are for marijuana. which is fucked because some people (i don't know who) smokes tabacco out of them.
thats fucked up, i bet he will get off (as he should, because he didn't break the law)

Where I live, rolling papers are drug paraphanilia if they have some of the cardboard cut out of the package (to make a filter).

You guys know the legality of driving while smelling like weed, after smoking of course, but them not finding any on you and after you denying it of course.

If the weed's in your system, they can't bust you for it. They can call probable cause and search you, they can get you for DWI if you're seriously fucked up, but they can't bust you.

I believe that they can get you or resin. Friend of a friend got busted for a seed in his car that was at least a year old. They will find ways of arresting you, it just depends on how much of an asshole he is.

Of course, if you drive the speed limit and stuff like that, really no worry now is there?
