Just because a person uses drugs does not mean that they cannot experiance these things anymore and still enjoy them.

I mean, I love snowboarding or biking down a hill really fast it is exilerating.

Now that you have found out what you like, try it on drugs, it can make certain things even more fun (Snowboarding down nice terrain is just insane).

That adreniline is a drug. Doing what you are suggesting is a good way to get addicted to it. And it can be unhealthy if you do it too much, just like any other drug. Its not a 'healthy altenitive', it's simply a different drug.

can you say misinformed cause i can there are many drugs that are harmless to the body acid and shrooms dont fuck with your body or mind the only risk is of a bad trip witch is rare excessive pot use can make you a little slow(i dont care what anybody says it does) but nothing that major it wont make you an idiot and for some reason theres been no lung cancer atributed to pot so the smoking part isnt that bad

my friend knows how to do this thing where you bend over and breathe really fast (i think that is hyperventalating) and then you stand up against a wall and he puts his hands on the sides of your neck and pushes towards the wall and you pass out - it is crazy to watch but (since ive seen it) i havent ever let him do it to me. the person wakes up within 30 seconds but it seems like someone could suffocate or something from this activity.

Drugs are just something to make all those thing you described more interesting.
