DXM and the law
I've got a good set up going on now and i can extract a lot of DXM in a short time. I know that its legal to use, but i was wondering (since its in the same family as pcp and ketamine) is it illegal to "deal"? I probably wouldn't sell it, but swap it for other pills with friends and the such. I was wondering whether this was legal or not, i would prefer to stay on the correct side of the law.
Just out of curiousity, is their a legal difference between swapping and selling?
Thanks in advance
Chunk

Re: DXM and the law
i'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to be caught with pills that you don't have a script for...
swapping or selling you're still getting something someone doesn't want you to get.

Re: DXM and the law
It is illegal if its being distributed for the purposes of getting high and the person distributing it knows that. The fact that youde be trading for other drugs with recreational uses, shows you pretty much KNOW theyre intended to be taken to get high.
As well, most poeple who enjoy DXM will call you a complete shit head for even thinking of selling it. One of the reasons such a powerful drug is legal is because it doesnt get any attention really. Just because its used often recreationally by many people, doesnt mean that authorities care. Why would the government want to have to deal with another drug, when the general public doesnt even know it exists? As long as theres no crime associated with DXM, nobody will ever care. [note: when something is stollen from a store they dont call the cops, so nobody but the manager knows when cough syrup has been stolen] When someone gets caught selling it, they will find out what it is, then they will start giving it attention because this means it is now becomming a problem.
Get the idea!? Dont ruin something for many MANY others just to line your pockets a little.

Re: DXM and the law
Fair enough SomeEverydayNobody, i didn't really think of it like that. I wasn't really planning on selling it mainstream though, just trading it with a few friends for stuff that i need (chemicals, flasks etc) or want (benzos, lsd etc). I would only swap with people who wouldn't narc on me (mainly because they sell stuff far more illegal than DXM).

Re: DXM and the law
I use "Vicks 36", i've only ever found it in a place called "Lloyds Pharmacy" though. Its a special cough mixture made by vics (duh) and unlike Vicks 44, Vicks 36 only has dxm hbr as the active ingredient. It has 150mg of DXM per 100ml of syrup. Its cheap too, 5 for 250ml and recently they had an offer, buy one get the other half price. I stocked up bigtime.
Oh, and I use the pure ammonia synth to get the goods out.
