I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a vaporizer easily and effectively.

Home made vapoizers often don't work well. Those made of things like soldering irons and the like are pretty shitty. If you truly want a vaporizer I suggest you buy one and save yourself the hassle of a home made one.

They arent as simple as bongs/pipes unfortunatly.

a couple things about vaporizers-

you want the temp (i believe) to be around 350-450 degrees f.

you'll need a heat source (preferably one that's new) such as a heat gun, soldering iron, or coil of metal (cigarette lighter coil with ~12vts (i guess...) running through it)

second a bowl... tinfoil is often used... i'd use some sort of metal bowl (socket, metal lid, anything else...)

thirdly... a globe/collection thingy where the vapor will collect (you don't want this to be airtight... i'll explain later.)

you'll also want a base that isn't easy to tip, and a hose to suck the vapor out of.

after you've assembled your contraption you want to make sure that the globe isn't airtight, because the heated vapor will naturally rise anyway, and if you're sucking from an airtight container... not much gets sucked.

i'd say have your bowl standing two inches under from where your sucking, but no less than 4 inches from the bottom.

turn it on, wait for some mist to form, and suck away! (if you want actual step by step directions e-mail me...)

also- this vaporizer isn't the "latest technology" in vaporizers... a vaporizer that has the heat source under the weed but not actually touching it will be more efficient.
