once coke is liquid is there anyway to turn it back into powder cause i got some that was cooked and ready to be shot up but the person decided not to shoot it up and gave the syringe with it in there to me

just let evap it should just be coke and water or saline
however theres probably very little coke in it unless this guy you got it from has a huge tolerance or doesnt know how to measure a good dose

You could dry it out then freebase it once coke is wet its not the same, make some crack its better than jacking up.
