Why do we take drugs? Do they make us feel better about the people we are, or make us forget about the people we aren't. Most say they take them because they make them feel better, why do those people feel so bad. What is it about your lives that you are running from, why do you want to escape the life that is your own? Why do you hate your life�s so much that you choose an unreality?

The question is why don't we take drugs? Think of this you have the chance to see a different perspective on lie would you pass it up? Now what if we threw drugs in the equation people say no.


Drugs just allow people to see everything in a different perspective. So why shouldn't we take them? there is no good answer,accept that the government says it is wrong.


Edit: Or in some peoples case to help them deal with health problems. Example: Valium for anxiety or morphine or oxy contin for pain.

My type? What is my type, posing a question, not trying to change you outlook on life. I don't think there is anything wrong with taking drugs. I'm not saying it's bad or good, because it's both. Don't jump to say that I'm putting you down for taking drugs. And even if I was why would I leave you alone, is what your doing some how a godly act? Is it untouchable, I can ask, and bitch all I want about what you do. And trust me I will, time and time again I will.

Sometimes emotional pains are can be greater than physical ones.

Well lets see, i have ADD so i take adderall. it makes me speedy all day long.
A nice bowl or 2 of dank and some painkillers makes me fly and calms me down from the amphets in adderall.

If your adderal is making you feel that way, then its likely you're taking too much. You should tell your doctor, idealy the adderal should just balance out your ADD, not make you feel speedy. Of course the dosages may simply not be right to get that balance, but its quite likely theres something else to try.

This thread should be closed, there was already a thread concerning why people take drugs. Try looking back and find out what reasons everyone has and not asking again. I would repeat what I said in the other thread but Im to lazy and I expect you can find it your self if your really interested enough to post this.

People take drugs because they love them and they make you feel good.

People take drugs for medical purposes, when they can. They can improve your health, or at least make your pains more tolerable. This reason is generally acceptable.

People also take drugs for personal purposes. Some wish to "fit in." Others may be looking to escape problems. Some people are looking to broaden their minds, and use drugs to alter their perspectives on themselves and their world.

Unfortunately, some of those recreational users abuse their privilege. They treat their newfound freedom irresponsibly and are viewed as disturbances and dissidents. These wahoos lead those in power to discourage not only the recreational use of these drugs, but all use. This distrust keeps beneficial drugs from those who would use them for medical purposes, and tends to thoroughly piss off certain moderators...

I take drugs for both reasons.
