Talking about different ways of theoretically making something like that is one thing.

You're not only asking to be told directly how to make it, which is illegal on it's own.

But you out and out say that you want to do it for quick money, which is an even bigger felony [intent to sell, in case that escaped you].

For anyone here to provide you with what you asked, could be considered conspiracy to commit a felony.
