I ordered a half ounce and i have it in my house and im in a bunch of trouble right now with school for sellin pills(big mistake)and people are sayin that im sellin salvia now, but im not. so if the cops come and i have salvia can i get in trouble? thanks

No.. because its supposted to be sold as a plant only. Not for getting high. If you are busted smoking it, you could get arrested under the analog act. They made that so they could bust paint huffers.

So just as long as you dont order it and say how many mgs should I smoke... you should be fine.

2cb was legal until some stupid company marketed it as a drug, before that it was considered a research chemical. Sense the government knows about people smoking it, and it gaining popularity, they just introduced a bill into congress that would make salvia and its chemicals scedualed in class I.

no, no, no! the analog act forbids the possession, sale, and consumption of chemicals or mediums carrying chemicals that are in schedule I. this applies to 2CB because it is related in structure to other phenethylamines that have psychedelic effects. Salvinorin is the ONLY diterpine psychoactive known to man, so obviously, if it itself is not schedule I (which it isn't, as of yet), there are no diterpines on the DEA's shit list to make the Analog Act apply. It will definitely be frowned upon, but i don't know if it would be outright illegal. my guess is that it'll be alright.

They'll try to impose the Analog Act on salvia by saying it's similar to THC or Absinthe (thujone) because the DEA chemists don't know their ass from a donut stand.

It's not even remotely related to either of those but their working off of voodoo chemistry and the public doesn't know any better.

Don't sell salvia to kids at high school! This is not a fun/social/mildly trippy kind of thing. They'll get extremely fucked up and scared and their parents will go apeshit. This will just speed up the scheduling process. This shit is the reason that drugs are illegal.

yea i thought i would more than likely not be able to get in trouble, i looked on erowid and there was no age listed and what not. The only thing could be the supplier cuz it says "we recommend our buyers be at least the age of 18" but it just says reqeusts, not you must be 18,so whatever.
