Sleeping Problems
yes well we all know im trying to get clean. Im weening very slow this time. Im also trying to get things back to normal before the withdrawal even starts. I have been taking my Saint Johns Wart again to help through the severe depression i suffer through. Im also exercissing and working my ass off. Ok well now im still usin you know but not enough for me to function 100% normal. Im enetering the phase of weird sleeping patterms amd insomnia! And this place sucks, i have to sleep before work not just becuase its labor and i need rest but also when i dont sleep i fuckn have a mental crack. So tonight (btw im still on 20mgs of oc a day, tommrow i will kick down to 10 for like a week) i went to the store and bought caffiene pills, valerian root, and melatonin with b6 in it. The NoDoz are to give me the energy i need at work since im not getting my full dose of oc a day and i feel worn out and tired from the lack of. Anyways tonight i took 1.5mgs of ativan, 2 valerian pills, and two 3mg melatonins. Well im not a fuckn sleep yet! why damn it? Isnt valerian and meltonin suppose to be a very good way to put you to sleep? I mean i know they cause intense dreams but the valerian says it causes drowsieness and the melatonin says take 1 20mins before bed. well i took 2 along with fast benzos and valerian! What would you people recommend to get sleep thats non script and not benzos? Pot helps but is not available everynight.

Re: Sleeping Problems
I have/had exactly the same symptoms when i quit soccer practise a while ago, i was restless, but tired the whole day until an hour before i went to bed(i smoked joints frequently and ate sleeping pills too, but it didn`t work), my fucking heart beat so much i couldn`t get any sleep until late in the night, then i was just even more tired the next day. Now i exercise regularly(every 2-3 days) but intense(almost painful)- about 18:00 on schooldays then, maybe a drink and sleep comes naturally. The body-system works a lot better and metabolites faster and more effective, with exercise. Its odd i really thought that i had done everything possible, thinking i was the only one with those symptoms, then i found my solution and here you are posting an post about it. Since you exercise like me but have the symptoms, you might not exercise hard enough for the endorphine to get released in the brain. Good thing that there still is some serious posts and people on this forum rather than flamer-posts and stuff.
