Re: Rehab for meth.
rehab is the same for pretty much anything. most hospitals/clinics are general and not specialized in one type of addiction. depends on if you go to a lock down place or not, whether someone else commits you or if you commit yourself, a few things. basically theyll feed you right, even if it doesnt taste good. theyll pump you full of propaganda and feel good shit and try to build you up so you can believe that you dont need meth anymore. but the key is staying the fuck off of it and not goin back to it.

Re: Rehab for meth.
i'm not sure if this is for everywhere but this is how it is where i am from. you can have a choice either. outpatient, or inpatient. inpatient is where they will admit you to a hospital and give you a medical detox most of the time they use non adictive medications to help with the come down. and like junglist said they feed you right and give you a bunch of propaganda to make you want to stay sober. - The outpatient is more like group therapy, actually, wait, that is what it is. you go to classes that are most likely mixed with people with all sorts of weird ass addictions and learn about the "addictive disease" and ways to prevent relapase you also learn a lot of technical stuff like why it is addicting and how it is made, why it is bad, you hear stories of recovery and stories about how it screwed up peoples lives. also while in outpatient you have to go to 12 step programs which are like AA but NA for narcotics anonymous. the outpatient group is more on a one on one basis with the teacher and more lovey dovey the NA is more down to the point and unrestricted. If you are thinking of recovery from meth. go for it man. i went through it and i have been clean from meth for 49 days now. just be prepared for the comedown. you will be really tired and eat a lot. i actually liked the eating part i gained back all the weight i lost. but the tiredness got old and that lasted for about a month for me. if you are considering it i wish you all the luck it aint easy but it is worth it. that shit sucks.
