I HAD to write to give a heads up to anyone out there ever thinking about trying Jimson weed...honestly, I'd read mixed things about it from here and Erowid, so i was a bit frightened starting out..i was only going to eat about 3 seeds at first...then my boyfriend told me he figured out that the people talking about eating 2 "seeds" really meant seed PODS, so i let him convince me to eat 2 small teaspoons of seeds.
I simply poured them down my throat and swallowed with a gulp of Vanilla Coke...then sat back and waited.
it took about an hour to even feel anything. it hit me very slow at first...we had even started doing a Tab while we waited...but when it first hit i got all hot, my face felt itchy and a little tingly...I remember going outside and the air felt moist against my face...then i came back inside and felt really shaky legged, like i was SOOO tired. then again we took it at 1am so by now it was about 230am...so we went and turned on the black light and laid on the bed. Then it started to hit hard. I felt really confined but unable to express the words. my mouth felt sewn shut b/c it was SOOO dry..yet when i drank water i tasted a distinct chemical taste and became convinced the water was poisoned...i laid there trying to hold my boyfriends hand but it would get all slippery with sweat and start to feel like i dead fish so i'd drop it, telling myself he was ok even though he was sweating so bad and i couldn't even ask him if he was allright.
In between trying not to freak out and trying to tell if the clothes in my closet were mine or if i was in a hotel (no clue why i thought that!) i noticed it was getting light outside...this is odd to me, and i think i slept or blacked out a little, because we laid down about 245-3am, it shouldn't get light until 630 or 7am, but it doesn't seem i had laid there THAT long...so it started to get light and i tried to go to the bathroom but was in absolutly no control of my own legs and upper torso...like i was paraplegic almost, i had to go real slow and drag my leg forward, and when i hit something barly with my toe it caused me to tip forward into the wall...i finally made it but couldn't seem to sit on the toliet, instead i found myself sliding off (our toilet is at an angle) and looking into the bowl for 20 minutes waiting to see what swam out the hole. Finally, (i THINK i used the bathroom) i abandoned walking to crawl across my boyfriend back to bed. While laying there about to drift to sleep from exhaustion, i watched a silver centipede with long legs run in and out of the nail holes in my wall ( no clue if that was real either)
I woke up the next day thinking it'd be over..
SUPRISE-this shit lasted ALL DAY!! i had to go to work totally unable to control myself-my boyfriend had done more than me, he had done the same amount of seeds but also smoked the leaves AND drank a tea made from seeds, leaves, and the pod, he also works where i do but he had to leave after an hour he was so sick. If you do too much like him since it is mildly toxic you'll get nausea, cold sweats, and the bad shakes where you feel really weak like your gonna pass out.
Me, i wasn't sick, i was still fucked up!! i couldn't read the print on the computer screen at all, i could barely type in the credit card numbers for orders i was taking..the words ran down the page like wet paint...I had a horrible headache from squinting at the screen. i had tunnel vision, dry mouth, and a ringing in my ears..plus i kept hearing people talking when they weren't, and seeing bugs crawl past my feet that weren't there.

All in all this shit will trip you out and fuck you up quite easily!! DO NOT DO TOO MUCH...my trip, even with no more than i took, was freaky cause i didn't know what was real, it isn't like acid where it's easy to tell whats trip effect. you see things crystal clear that aren't there...my boyfriend had a lousy trip and tripped like i did my first hours all the whole next day while i was at work.
Fun, two thumbs up for quality, just be very careful and i'd advice do it when you DON'T have to go anywhere the next day!

hah, that sucks about work. i know where you work, but i wont say, since im sure you want it to be private. but i worked there for a while when i lived in hton, and i thought it sucked bad enough, much less when youre trippin on datura. anyway, good research, im glad you didnt die, although i find it mildly sadistic that you enjoyed it. its not something i would recommend doing too often, thats for sure. it is toxic, and it can hurt/kill you.

this is why most people don't do it when they have to be at work within right after they trip.

I am hugely curious if you REALLY know where i work...i mean come on Htown isn't THAT small and your not SURE who i am and besides that i've recently changed jobs (within the past 4 months lets say)

Yeah, i know it's toxic...thats why i was really careful doing it and worried about my boyfriend. i definatly learned my lesson about doing psychedelics then going into work the next day...
(but hey, today was fun too, i spent the whole day stoned and it was terrific, i was really able to empathise and connect with the customers instead of my usual boring "next call please" attitude...)

i just assumed it was telemarketing, and in that case, theres only a few places in hton, and then in that case theres only a few that actually sell shit. not hard to narrow it down. anyway, thats irrelevant. the board isnt for psoting personal shit.
