Ok anyways off the topic of salvia the guy from the other thread was talking about buying it at some sit. Now #1 there is no way to catch a buzz off the flower right? i mean thats all a bullshit scam right, because i was under the impression only the pods and there latex would get you high. #2 they also sell opium lettuce, now i may be a fucked up retarted theif junkie.... but i do know opium lettuce is not an opiate at all! Ok now on to the real topic of salvia! The other night i was at a party and i met this girl we were just chillin smokin buds and drinkin beer. We got to talkin about drugs, turns out shes real cool about them. Well it turns out that shes never herd of it but would very much like to try it with me, YaY! Well i have some questions about what to get and how to do it. First off for two n00d's should we get 5x, 10x, or 15x? Secondly im under the impression the only real way to have a break-through is to use a bong (since my last bong got a leak i chucked it, so unless shes got one i have to buy a new one, is bigger better? I mean if i buy one should i get like the cheap $12 acryillic thats like 6 inches, or get a foot long or a 4 foot or what?) and a butane touch lighter then hold the hit in for 30 seconds, is this right? and one or two hits? Ok, next on my list should we do it togather or should we take turns and trip sit each other? Also i am still batteling damn opiods! So if im not cleaned up by the time it comes in the mail, i should probably take enough opiate to make sure im not sick right, i mean im pretty sure hitting salvia while being dope sick, even if loaded on a fuckload of benzos cant be good. For the salvia, a bong would do nicely. A butane lighter is a MUST. Now, take the biggest hit you can and hold it for like 15 seconds. For both of you starting off, I would go for the 10x. One hit of the 15x will put you both in a different world. The high will last for like 20 minutes. Now, it will not be good for both of you to trip at the same time. You may do something stupid. For the bong, a 4-footer is unnecessary. Just a 1 foot, or a 6-inch will do nicely. Good luck

Well, in regards to your opium addiction...actually salvia may alleviate the need somewhat as it is a potent K-opioid agonist. Enadoline, a research heroin withdrawal drug is of the same class.(but it has now been found to cause intense hallucinations...go figure)

To answer some of your questions:

You should only purchase standardized 10x. You should measure about 100mg's (1/10 of the gram) and pack it on top of a small amount of bud (50mg) as a base (this helps a lot)

You need a waterbong (add an ice cube) the bigger the better but no need to break the bank... (but remember that a man is only as good as his bong...so don't be a cheapass).

Yes you need to really cherry the bowl (a regular lighter is OK just get it close to the salvia) and hold one HUGE hit in your lungs for 30 seconds (have her count down from 30)

It's important to be in the dark and have no noise or music.

Also keep all breakables away from you and be in comfortable place (on your bed.. WITH HER)
