Err, I got some new knowledge- now i am a little worried
Ok it goes like this- i used to use Nitrous Oxide (n20) alot, then i stoped for a while and picked up DXM. Recently i have re-picked up Nitrous Oxide and for a while i have been huffing/taking n20 and DXM, not together but within maybe 24 hours of each other. Today i saw on erowid.org (specifically http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/nitrous/nitrous.shtml ) It says that regular use of n20, i would say my use is regular, causes a b12 deficancy. Now in other posts i have been led to believe that using dxm with a lack of b12 can cause problems. Is This Correct?
Chunkmiester Oh, and i reguallaly smoke weed obviously

The N20 only oxides the b12 that is in your blood when you inhale so if you take a vitamin afterwords you should be fine

Re: Err, I got some new knowledge- now i am a little worried
I've considered myself knowledgable of all aspects of DXM for awhile and have never heard B12 was affected in any way with DXM.
I looked over the Olney's Legions report at Erowid and it looks like only N02 depletes vitamin b12. taking dxm with n02 in your system is probably hell on your neurotransmitters, though.
you should take vitamins like others have recommended, that will 'fix' that problem.

ive mixed dxm and no2, it was intense, i got flashbacks of my past and when the no2 started to subside i said "its all just a game" i had figured something out while on it but dont remember it was nice i dont plan on doing it again though
