Anyways on a serious topic:

I know if a user snorts adderall that they are wasting it because the high sucks compared to taking the substance by oral. I've been doing a lot of research on ADD meds for my psychology class and for my own personal interest but I just can't find anything about a human nasal passage absoring dextro-amphetamines. Can anyone offer any insight, theroy or idea(s) to why dexto-ampheatmines aren't as potent when railed?

railin it seems to work just fine for me. i usually eat half and bump half, in that order, so as to stagger the absorbtion rates and maximize the peak.

Sniffing adderall makes the amphetamines enter the blood faster than eating it- thats a fact. Whether u wanna sniff or eat is personal buss, but that sniffing it won`t give a high, is so bullshit. Its like saying you get more addicted about shooting H rather than smoking it- thats bull too. Its because junkies doesn`t wanna waste any smack in the air and wanna get the full potential of it.

As it applies to A.D.D., snorting amephetamines won't help because it's not reaching the part of your brain that is malfunctioning, thus causing the A.D.D.

ADD is fake.
The symptoms are real but it isn't a brain defect.

ive done sooooo many fucking reports on ADD/ADHD it isn't even funny. you are right tho, its not a defect, its a lack of some chemical (which i forgot right now).

I dont think he meant it wasnt real, just that it wasnt a defect.
The missing chemicals according to that link he posted are "most notably serotonin, norepinephrine (adrenaline) and dopamine".
I dont believe in mental defects, disorders in the way that they are often told (in schools etc.) like dyslexia, ADD etc...
Reading that link i have relised i suffer from alot of the syptoms... High test scores but low class results (Ive been told im lazy so much its like that part was written for me), bad organisation and nearly all of them. But i wouldnt say i have ADD. They are not really disorders, just differences.... you dont say people who find maths hard a dissorder, or people who are very quiet a dissorder, they are jus different.
Anyway, i dont know why i went on about all that, sorry people.

P.S. Ive also been told i got dyslexia recently in college, although i dont believe it.... I was high and using and a broken italic marker while partaking in the english test...but just incase watch out for any mistakes...

It seems to me that ADD isnt really bullshit but nowadays if any kid is a fuckoff they just immedietly label them with ADD and give them adderal or other amphetamines.

Seems like its kinda unfair to those who really do have this disorder.

what is a good dosage of Adderall, I just picked up five 20 mgs pills. I wanna use them conservativly. I'd rather have one or 2 stong buzzes than 5, so how many should i take?

10milligrams (not the sustained or extended release) is a nice buzz if you have 0 tolerance.

I said buzz, not a high.

in my opinion 30 mg is a nice buzz and 50 is a high

When i do amph i do like 250-300mg, but if you do it for its medical purposes that might not work in long terms.

Ive done 300mgs amphetamine many times without feeling ill until the day after.

Last night a friend of mine decided he would like to try one of my Adderall (for the first time), he took two instead (thats 30 milligrams). I have never seem a human go through what that poor fucker went through last night. I'm not claiming that 30 milligrams wouldn't be a nice high thought. He got so hyper I thought to myself that within the hour this boy's gonna explode or something. 2 hours later he couldn't even move, he was barly breathing so 300 milligrams (of dextro-amphetamine) would probably kill the average user *laughs*

Everyone has a desirable threshold for the high as you can see, so you're safest bet is to start out lower and then work up until you find what suits you best.

Oh and grungy, by all means...TAKE IT ORALY...

adderal makes me calm and im almost positive im not add and it gives me this nice mental buzz and for like the first half hour i get the greatest warm and cozy feeling

I bumped 1 1/2 adderalls a few a hours ago.
I still can't get to sleep.

Adderals always work better for me when I snort them. I can snort an orange football at 10:00 PM and not be tired until at the least 7:00 AM.

I aint talking about adderall and that, i am talking about pure "amphetamine" its not dextro and the other shit there is in those adderalls and 300 mg (what i usually do) is a relatively high dose but nowhere near an OD.

Adderall is OK, Desoxyn is better (way better!), it's harder to get though. Desoxyn is methadrine (or methamphetamine), in pill form, so obviously better!

absolute foolishness. dextroamphetamine is the active optical isomer of amphetamine. it's not a different compound. pure amphetamine consists of half dextro and half levo enantiomers, so pure amphetamine would be half the strength of pure dextroamphetamine.

and another thing. you're *not* taking pure amphetamine. if you're getting it on the street, i doubt it's amphetamine at all, and if it is, it's probably in the form of one of the medications we already mentioned, perhaps generic.

but the fact remains: you are not taking 300 mg of amphetamine. you're just not. my proof is that you are alive to post here. maybe you've used creative license and added a zero? 30 mg sounds reasonable for a buzz. i do 50 when i wanna get wired because i take it every day.

i took a 20 mg adderall the other day. I didnt notice much. I had dialted pupils, was talkitive, i guess i felt a little energetic, but what i liked was i was actually reading this book for school that I didnt want to, but I was focused. Im thinking about taking 3 pills, so a total of 60 mgs, does anyone think it is dangerous? Because honestly 20 didnt do much.

ive takend 90 on one occasion so 60 should be fine but i didnt like the 90 i thought my heart was gonna explode but i like 50 for a nice high and 60 your gonna speed balls

believe it or not just sit back chill but adderal always make me not be able to want to do anything its hard to explain its like this i dont wanna sit but i dont wanna stand like i dont wanna do anything i guess but i gotta do somethin so i usually just kinda lay down and watch tv and no matter whats on i dont mind watching it it could be barny soap eperas or anything

I use Dexatrin regularly (which is pure Dextroamphetamine if i'm not mistaken)

50mg is the ideal dose, unless all you want to do is stay awake and be a little hyper. at 50 you get an extremely pleasurable euphoria and 'lovey' feeling that lasts for around a half hour (as r0k mentioned) though you will continue to feel 'lovey' and talkative and all around nice/good for several hours. The most I've taken is 80mg of dextroamphetamine, which leaves you jittery/speedy and paranoid (and gives you a lightning fast heart rate that only valium can cure :-p)

my advice:
if youre in highschool or college, take it before school/class. it kicks in between 20-60 minutes after taking it orally and will make you enjoy the people more. if youre out of highschool/dont go to college go out after you take it. being around people is one of the most enjoyable things about the high.

ive taken 300 mg of adderall before and im not dead
i take 60 mg of it a day prescribed

if you get prescribed 60 mg a day its probaly time realese so if you ate those pills than it wouldnt be that same as eating 300 mg of non time release adderal obviously and also if its not time realease and your taking 60 mg a day you prolbaly have a tolerance so the 300 mg didnt kill you

do any of you find taking high doses of adderall can help you concentrate on homeork or anything you find mentally hard doing.

First time I tweaked, I snorted a total of four concerta throughout the night. It's some crazy shit. Too complicated to understand, even harder when you're an addict. Now I'll take maybe a pill once in a while, usually in the morning before school so I don't pass out in first block and so I perform better throughout the day. And it works.
