use the fucking search button. god dammit. acetone works, i do it all the time. you don't need a special way to do it.
you grind up salvia, and acetone, let it sit for as long as u want (longer the better) i usually go a week, then remove the salvia, excpet for like 1/10 - 1/50th of what i had to being with. then let the acetone evaporate with hair dryier. done.
and acetone is the best bet. alcohol evaporates slower.

And yes, acetone (pure acetone) seems like the best.

And lastly, why the hell would you guys only make 5x? Remember your 5x will probably only turn out like a standarized 3x. You need to shoot for a 20x. That way your extract will be somewhere around a real 12x.

When I say 10 extract I mean extracting the Salvinorin (thanks Neiz) out of 10 grams of leaves and adding it to one gram so it's 10 times stronger.

I am going to use Isopropyl for the xtraction.
