Has anyone stopped and thought to themselves, "hey, why in the hell would a legal and extremely cheap and easy to get spice get me high like weed". Ive heard people say that the effects are from the oil. Well then what is the point of choking down 5-8 whole nutmegs or 2 tablespoons of the nasty ground nutmeg. But back to the question, why does nutmeg get you high? And is it better to just use the oil?

First off, nutmeg, does not get you high. Although I've never tried it, as far as I know, its more of a sick, nauseated, euphoric feeling.

Second, "Has anyone stopped and thought to themselves" ...MOST of the people here are not in the habit of asking themselves stupid questions.

Third, I won't tell you what to do, and what to do. But I will advise you to forget the nutmeg idea. Instead, I recommend getting some friends together, some nice weed, and have fun.

I already look at erowid, nothing in there is about WHY or HOW nutmeg gets you high. And Ill flame whoever the fuck I want too, whether or not its only my 2nd post. You obviously missed the point of the post. I was telling you it was a stupid question not just for the reasons I mentioned, but because generally, most everyone here is sick of nutmeg threads. I'm surprised you haven't gotten too many flames about making another one yet.

Positive experiences are possible... I am living proof of this. A negative experience is more likely though, thus generating a negative reputation. Not recommended by any means.

even though everyone says they hate nutmeg topics, this is one I did not mind. Its a good question i guess, I'd be curious to know to. I dont know much about drugs espeicaially the chemical reactions that take place in it, but since everyone says Nutmeg is hell on your liver maybe it makes you feel slower and sick and thats what makes some people slaphappy from it.
