has anyone tried or heard of anyone snorting LSD? in its crystal form or maybe crushing up a microdot. i would think it would have good effects since it would abosorb through your nasal passageway like it absorbs through the skin in your mouth.

In my opinion snorting LSD is not feasible. LSD is a very powerfull drug and so its dosage is measured in micrograms, and a Micrograms is 1/1,000,000 of a gram. The average dose of LSD is 50 micrograms and an extremly strong dose is 400 micrograms. So say you are going to attempt to snort a moderate dose of 100 micrograms how are you gonna measure it? And on top of that 100 micrograms is probably damn close to invisable and probably impossible to manipulate. So unless you have a microscope and a lot of talent I think it is not going to happen.

you can't OD, but you can perma-fry. the inability to measure accurate doses of pure LSD is irrelevant to this debate because nobody's got pure LSD, they're talking about snorting microdots. it should work.

I snorted a couple of crushed up orange barrel mikes once, came on a little quicker, thats about it.

Not that I am authority on this but, the average dose is 125 micrograms, 750 is the good stuff, 20 years ago nobody knew I know peole who have injested thousands at a time(micrograms).

Slip into a permanent psychosis... Not necessarily only from the psychadelic, but the psychadelic would trigger a pre-exisitng schizophrenia and the likes that hadnt manifested itself yet. I never heard about that with LSD, though Ive heard about it with PCP. I'm not sure how true that is however.

Oh fuck, don't ever dose in your eyes, it is both a myth and dangerous, not because of the dose but because adulterants in the liquid may cause permanent scarring of your cornea.

While the secong pasrt of that is probably true to a large extent, the first part isn't [a myth, that is]: I've done it like that.

Before anyone asks: I've had things that burned worse.

My dad told me a story of how his brother went to a psych ward because he went insane (it was either the paint or the heroin he smoked in 'nam, supposedly. He's fine now though. Medication made him all better), and when he(uncle) was there he met a guy that he went to highschool with. Guy was dressed in WW1 dogfighter uniform, goggles and all. Paranoid and crazy as hell too. As the story goes, he went on an acid trip and never came back.
