Whats the best thing to use to clean out your
system for a UA test.
Like after smoking some speed.
I thought I heard it takes 72 hours or somthing like for meth to get out of your system it could very I guess.

I also hear Cran berry juices is good.

I just need some concrete advice for my bro

5 days is much more than 72 hours... if that's true... i can't see meth staying in ur system for any more than that, really.

Before you pee-test find a friend who is into bodybuilding, ask him for some creatine and b12. Go to a herb/helthfood store, get gold seal, nope, it's really called that. Drink the gold seal tea all day before your pee test. The morning of your test take 3 grams creatine. 3 hours before your test, drink a gallon of water and take 2 of whatever b12 or b vitamin complex,
or 3 multivitamins.
Theory: the golden seal is a diuretic it will get out any water soluble meth metabolites.
The creatine will make all the fluids in your body go into the muscle tissue.
The gallon of water is what you will pee out.
The b12, is just for color.

my friend needed to pass in 2 days, and had cocaine, weed, and meth in his system. he drank a 3 litter bottle of water w/ 1 drop of bleach and passed.
(i mean over the 2 days, not all at one time)

oh and drink/eat lots of sugar, itll make ur urine turn normal yellow. (sugar is what colors urine)
