i have never heard of salvia. i have done some research on it and it looks kinda fun...i just need to see if it is worth my time...give me some experiences,,,and where can i find it.

You obviously haven't researched enough.

From what i have heard its a waste. It makes you laugh and the high is gone in what, an hour? someone correct me if im wrong cause I have never actually done it, but only heard about it.

I did Salvia once at a friend's apartment with this one girl. We each did 2 bowls and the high was semi-pleasent.

It was spacey and my sense of sight was intensified. Also I felt incredibly hot, as in sweating my ass off (which is what it does to you too).

Of course, that was only once. The more times you do it, the better the effects (ala reverse-tolerance tek).

half the stores rip people off that sell it. if you live in a popular tourist city you will get ripped off. and you can't bitch to the police, cuz its illegal to get high off it. (legal to possess, illegal to smoke; just like if you tell a store clerk your going to get high off cough medicine they can't sell it to u)

made me feel reeeaaally stoned for like an hour. but i've heard of freaky shit happenin to people... i'd like to try it again in a more relaxed atmosphere than at work next time. then i'll give you my judgement.

like I posted earlier, it doesn't last too long (for me, at least)...Have some water at hand or be in a cool place because it dehydrates most people...If your prone to panic attacks (especially if you experience them with pot), I'd look out with salvia...but all in all an interesting trip.

Just last night I consumed (chewed and swallowed) about 600mg regular, non-enhanced leaf...only to wake up with the "warm and fuzzies" extremely similar to an opiate. It felt like a Percodan. I've tried ingesting salvia many different ways but only when eating it does the opiate-like feeling manifest. Smoking it is obviously very different and reminds me more of a 150mg Ketamine/700mcg LSD experience.

Hallucinogenic diterpene opiate!? I believe this plant has a future.

BUT..unless Merck, Upjohn or any pharma$utical company begins a process to patent it, it'll go schedule 1 soon. It just doesn't have the cover of a 'DXM' or 'pseudoephedrine' to keep it out of DEA wrath.

The only thing we can do is discourage it's use to potentially irresponsible users (and yes, not talk about it a lot, sorry!)
