What is this for??...since it's powder, maybe it's a coke substitute or something?? the ppl that work there will only tell me that it's used as a 'vitamin supplement' for obvious legal reasons..

My friends that like nothing more than to cram ecstasy down there gobs on the weekend, stock up on bananas, vitamin C and hash (cus its cheap) to ease there comedown.

I think I read somewhere that vitamin C contains serotonin(is that how you spell it) of which levels are very low when you start to come down from e.

Maybe thats why they sell it? Plus vitamins are a druggies friend

Vitamin C doesn't contain serotonin, but the comedown supplies are a good suggestion, b12 is yellow/orange and is used to buff crack or speed, and all drug users should use lots of vities because our poor abused livers and cells need antioxidants to break down our toxins of choice.

Vitamin B-12 is supposed to make your piss turn yellow or somethin' like that. When drinkin' a lot of water to pass a piss test, yellow piss helps so "they" don't think you're up to something.

culinaryoverlord the majority of the hash in England costs �10 an eight and dealers more or less give the stuff away, its also afectionatly known as paki hash or soap bar hash.

Its not resin from the plants its usually stuffed full of all sorts of shit, chemicals and nasty binding agents, its rough as an old hookers snatch to smoke as well.

Alot of people smoke this stuff, some even prefer it to geens, I can't deny theres nothing like a nice rough hash spliff rolled with strong rolling tobacco.

A nice strong smoke, maybe thats why so many people like it.

i heard somewhere that poppin 6 b-12 capsules will make you trip out, im not about to try it cuz actually- you pis ORANGE, most people piss yellow to begin with dunt they?

no piss is clear naturally. if you have high sugar and caffeine it turns yellow.

Too much b12 can damage your liver I think, it will make your piss darker yellow, thats for sure.
Adihash: Sounds like pretty coarse shit, one of the dutch guys I know always rolls his blunts 1/2 drum tobacco and 1/2 weed, the tase is a little strange, but I find the buzz lasts longer and it is a good excuse for me to cop a nicotine buzz as I quit smoking a while ago.

Come on guys...you've heard about doctors giving intramuscular injections of B-12 to athletes right? When someone is semi B-12 deficient then B-12 is an amazing kick. It's very speedy in a natural way (feels like adrenaline).

Try taking 1000mg of B-12 (the best is the kind that dissolves under your tongue) on an empty stomach. If you now engage in any kind of physical activity, it greatly increases your stamina. Great for long sex sessions. You'll be the talk of the town.

As for using centrum for for the b6 dream trip...im prety sure you'll get better results by picking up some b6 only vitamins @ your neighborhood shop...its only like 3$...some stores sell pills with already combined valerian and melatonin...i guess the manufaturers know whats up or something, hah

You aren't going to "trip" off any vitamins.
B12 is slightly stimulating, very slightly, not worth the time.
The sell it to cut coke, dealers cut their coke with it because of the stimulating properties.

culiary I like rolling my hash with drum as well, nothing like stuffing half an eigth of hash into a nice fat spliff filling the rest with drum.

MY friends laugh at me saying using that skanky baccy will give me cancer by the end of the week.

Valerian has always given me cool dreams, too bad I cant get melatonin in canada, zyban was the king of fucked up dream drugs tho', shooting, killing and raging my way through some of my regular dreamscapes like a nutter, I was almost as bad when I was awake.

B-6 is a co-factor your body uses to make serotonin from tryptophan-->tryptamine-->serotonin. I highly doubt the head shops know this and they probably have it because it is a cheap vitamin they can mark up and sell for all sorts of reasons.

Yes you can get Melatonin in Canada, it is grey market. You can either import it yourself or go to a small supplement shop. Like the one on the corner of Davie and Thurlow (I think) Where Spuntino used to be. I'll bet that they have it there.

i have melatonin pills/1mg that have vitamin B6/2mg in them. just 1 is enough to give vivid dreams, more makes the dreams even more vivid. moclobemide/maoi's are also good with these. i'm going to try some calea/dream herb with them soon.

The B-6 is the co factor for the decarboxylation of 5-HTP into Serotonin.

So if you preload for your e-trips with 5-HTP it would help to co-load with b-6 as well.

Last night i took like 600 mg's of vitman b6. It was pretty cool i dont remmber my dreams but it made my mind active as hell with images before i fell asleep. I read alittle more on this and figured out that if you arent dreaming and remmbering it then you have some type of deficancy and you should take zinc and vitman b6 to help it. But vitman b is like a stimulant so i took some ativan too and had a way hard time falling asleep.

I really wanna try this b6/melatonin/velarian root thing though. You say you can get the melatonin at a health food/herb store? same with the valerian? Exactly how cool are these ddreams?

I have used valerian for years, it contains valerianic acid wich is the natural form of valium, about 8 x 100 mg is the most I have taken without getting gut rot, you should be able to find it on the same rack as st. johns wort. Hey subvert, go check out my post in bitch and moan, you aren't the only hurtin unit on the board these days! As for the dreams, it doesnt happen all the time but sometimes you go lucid and realize you are dreaming, then you can controll your dream to a certain extent. I think you may have misread the dose of b6 you took, but if that is correct, don't take that much again, taking too much of just about any vitamin can frazzle your liver.
