It's a trip alright...but it doesn't last long though...not with the 5x anyways...I'd do it in a cool area, or with some water on hand cuz it dehydrates you quite a bit...If you're prone to panic attacks I'd be careful, When I first did it i freaked out big time...oh yeah, and the smoke tastes really bad...but, all in all an interesting experiance that's worth trying at least once...
