There's an article on this subject in this week's New Scientist magazine. (www.newscientist.com)
As for George Ricaurte's research, I happen to think the man's a prick. Sasha Shulgin seemed to think that Parkinsonism was unlikely when I discussed this with him. (Watch me as I namedrop...)
