Default transplanting plants...

recently got a couple seedlings 5 or 6 inches high from my bro, the morons had em under a low watt bedside lamp for the past 6 weeks and is wondering why theyre not growing so well, not to mention the tiny ass pots he's put them in, now he's given em to me to plant and pass around and ive gotta repair all the damage he's done to em n get em in the ground ASAP. any suggestions on how i can avert this terrible tradgedy before it gets too far into summer?
Cheers.

btw, anyone know anything bout growing processes for tobacco?

Tobacco?! No mate. lol! Cannabis Sativa? WEll now I can oblidge you on your stressful situation at hand. If they seem too sickly then resprout you some more. You still have plenty of time bro to cultivate yousome girls you can call your own One trick to do here is plant the elongated sprout up to one centimeter below the leaves of the sprout. this will cause your elongated stem to root out where it is now stem. Sometimes this is ineffective and you are forced to try again.

tell that ignorant bastard why use a lightbulb when Gods' lightbulb(ie.the sun) is what its there for! Wasting seeds is a sin. lol!!
