an old cat from back in the day told me (chins white)heroin was a synth called fenthanyl witch is stronger than any heroin i would like to know if if anyone else has heard of this and can it really be made.im tryin to find a really good synth

fenatayl does exist. it is prescribed in patches to stick on your body to help kill pain. they also shoot people up with it during surgery. if you ever find a patch just bust it open but a SMALL beed on q-tip, this shit is pretty strong measured in micrograms and then suave the inside of your nose with the q-tip.
