Completely legal? Quite Legal? Or legal as in completely legal, as long you are willing to excahnge years of your life in jail for those seeds?

I've seen the dried pods for sale online in the US as well. Has anyone ordered the dried pods? Are you able to reconstitute the latex or do you just make a tea?
