Its a bog standard painkiller like aspirin or paracetemol. And like those two the only effect you'll get from necking loads will be your stomach/liver dissolving.

just take two, it should get rid of your headache. Seriously, just buy some marijuana. It's safe, easy to get, and lots of fun.

if youre lookin for a buzz its not in ibuprofin dood. if youre lookin to relieve a mile headache it may help. dont take 20 ibuprofin and expect anything but liver and stomach damage.

I'm extremely allergic to it. If I digest 2, I'll die.

Like 3 years ago wen i was still very dumb about all this shit, i tore a muscle in my back and was taking some prescribed pain reliever, tylenol with codiene i believe. However i ran out and ended up popping like 9 advil in a span of roughly 4 hours(1 hr. before game, right before the game, during it, and after) and although there was no pain left, i felt really bad, kind of like the on the way back down, did that cop just see us smoking this joint, kind of feeling, i dont reccomend it at all.
