immediate: nausea is sometimes present with shrooms, more often at higher doses. With mescaline (even synthetic) nausea is always present, almost everyone vomits after about an hour, which is right before the trip starts this goes away after vomiting and or a short wait.
long term: none unless the mind trip precipitated a schitophrenic episode.
