Unless you are psychotic or did a teener of crystal at once this shit is crap. All it does is make you feel like sleeping. My cousin got in a bad car wreck a few years ago and was on pain meds. for close to a year. When they stopped him on his pain meds. they gave him an Rx. for this shit so he could sleep. Which is all he did for the month he took it. Then he decided to not refill his Rx anymore because it robbed him of his ambition. So unless you are naturally wired all the time or like feeling like you do after being up for a week and you're in the midst of a two-day crash(and you like that feeling!). I give it 0% recreational value. But to each his own.
