yeah, it works, but it's not amazing. It feels like being really drunk and stoned, and you just feel shitty. A little like dimenhydrinate. But i don't think you'd have tried that.

My advice: Stay away from nutmeg.

I have had some good old times with nutmeg,
i have never been sick or anything like that.
use the pre ground stuff have about 3-4 teaspoons and have it with just water, mixing it with milk and other shit brings out
the flavour witch makes it 10X harder to get it down your gob. it takes ME 2-5 hour for it to kick in, i eat food after taking it.

i took about 3-5 grams of nutmeg and that shit is nasty as fuck. i didn't feel shit except i had hella cottonmouth the next day. my advice, don't even bother,just drink some beer.

There is so much more legal stuff out there that is way better than nutmeg. Avoid the nutmeg.

I don't know what kind of nutmeg you guys have been taking...but once upon a time i was dry and broke and i wanted to get high so i tried mixing nutmeg with tobacco and smoking it...it tasted pretty good but was about as effective as a chocolate teapot!!!
