Okay, everyone knows that most schizophrenics abuse drugs because of their condition and being unaware, please can anyone give me something positive about being a schizophrenic, like can they ever have a normal sex life, once a psychotic eposide can they get back to normal.

I can't think of anything good about being schizophrenic, or in my case schizoaffective. Yes one of the biggest reasons I do drugs is for relief from my symptoms. Most sz have a normal sex life. The illness doesn't really affect that. And yes you can get back to 'normal' after a psychotic episode. How long that takes depends on how well you respond to therapy and the depth of your illness.
