Ok, so in the attempt the get to the point... which is the topic you started. The only times I've ever heard of anything called "red devils" were seconals.

Over here I can get shit called Red Devil. It's got red fibres, and is probably the second-best weed I've ever smoked. The only one that was better was some shit I got imported from Afganistan (allegedly).
