um, that doesnt really sound that interesting drug wise, but ill keep thinking, and reading into that.
lemme see...meth, almost non-existant; weed, shitty; heroin addicts, all over; coke expensive but quality, nothing special in the long run; hash, more abundant; not sure about legal drugs; think codeine might be OTC, not sure though.....

i just got back from both for my spring break trip, found good Liquid L and decent rolls in london, but i had a hook cuz one of my old roommates lives there now going to fashion school, so she knew where to get shit, found some real good indoor organic herbs, but again maybe not readily availably in the streets...went to ireland for a few days, no drugs but the guiness brewery was fucking cool! and the jamison whiskey distillery was cool too...basic american tourist activities...rains alot!

last time I checked k was legal over there.
