vitamin b12, has anyone else tryed this? If so what kind of experiances have you had?

Ummm...the only "experiences" I've had was to turn my piss yellow after drinkin alot of water. And watching ppl use it as cut. Why?

If you take large amounts before you sleep it can make your dreams more intense.

Sometimes I've noticed that large amounts also tend to stimulate my visual imagination when awake.

It's not really worth anything though. Doesn't get you high in the least. Just a very sutble thing.

i read somewhere that it is supposed to make you high, i've tried it and felt something, but when some of my friend's tryied it they said they didn't feel anything, so i was just wondering wether it does anything for you guys

sounds like a much better plan there with the melatonin and valerian supplement. Kava Kava has been a bit interesting but had to be in large doses.
