1. biggest tokes possible hold it in as long as possible.
2.when you exhale-

cause u are gonna need to take another hit.
4. repeat, only a very few hits needed. especially w/extract.
maybe a vaporizer would work instead of using a waterpipe or bowl. not sure what salv As and salv Bs Bps are though. so discard that, i guess.
