OK i got around 25 temazepam (10mg)white tabs... i read dat post down the page saying that there aint no recreational value wit these pills... but when i look on the net they say ppl abuse them.. i guess to get an effect like alocohol?? anyone know wat is a good dose to sit on?? r they really that shit?? cheers

it has a little recreational value, like valium, but less so because it is more physically inhibiting. Don't be a fucking stupid ass and mix it with alcohol. If you take a really small dose with some weed or a little bit larger of a dose alone but be prepared to eventually fall asleep for a good 6+ hours.

Clumsiness and unsteadiness, lethargy, dry mouth, nausea, change in bowel habits, temporary amnesia. Serious side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness and blurred vision, severe headache, confusion, depression, changes in behavior, hallucinations, uncontrolled body or eye movement, muscle weakness, chills or fever, and sore throat. oh, and it tends to cause more abnesia than other anti-anxiety meds like lorazepam so thats another reason to keep a low dosage besides the fact that a higher one will get you high, but put you to sleep, and you wont be able to fight to stay awake, nor would it be worth it to experience the high while struggling to keep your eyes open.

This medication is probably too sedating to have fun with, like thorazine and shit so i'd put it on my last resort for the desperate list.

ok i got more info for you and it is a hypnotic which means, that it won't be cool to do with anyone else besides a sitter.hold on there sweetcheeks, there aren't any 10 mg tabs. aahhh haaa. they aren't even white. they don't even make tabs, restoril or any generic maker. ALL CAPSULES. and they aren't white either. god damn it. fuckin fake ass people on this board sometimes.

anyway for those who ACTUALLY HAVE ACCESS to restoril(temezepam) a good starting dose with weed would be anywhere under 15 mg, if you were smart you'd start at 7.5 mg and work your way up because taking too much would result in falling asleep and that just sux. For our larger totsians and those using without weed(no dont FUCKIN MIX IT WITH ALCOHOL), a starting dose of 10 mg would be good to about 25 mg or potentially even 30 for some of those with a huge benzodiazepam tolerance. It might be nessaccary to open the caps but unless you are planning on filtering out all the inactive shit, which is pretty heavy duty in temezepam caps, like red ferric oxide, DON'T RAIL THEM, and just measure out the correct dosage for swallowing, possibly even in a a half pf a peanut butter sandwich or something to help you not notice the flavor.

they dont make 10 mg tabs??? then why do i have opened a sealed bottle that my doc prescribed for me (for sleep) and it says temazepam 10mg on u dumb fuk!!! tablets dont look exactly the same in every country!!!

Sanapor, in the U.S. there are no 10 mg tabs. I've been prescribed 15 mg capsules and the one lower than that was a 7.5 mg capsule. So you get 10 mg tabs in Australia... Whoopdiefuckendoo! Are you trying to brag about having weaker restorils than the U.S.? I just don't get it. No one even said that tablets had to look exactly the same so I don't know what the hell you're talkin about. The only thing that I can think of is that you don't know the difference between capsules and tablets.
