Default LSD and Manslaughter

in school today my friend mentioned something like "if you get caught with 3 hits of acid then you get charged with manslaughter." then some other kid said "no you are dumb. you get charged with manslaughter for only 1 hit of acid!" and i said it sounded like bullshit, because i have never heard of this before, and i said you would get charged with possession if you had any drugs on you, and get anywhere from a $500 fine to jail time. they said i was wrong. i was hoping someone here could clear this up.

Well, it depends on what state you live or get caught in. And it also depends on if it's your first offense or not. If you get caught sold to an undercover and it's over a thousand dollars then it's a felony. A dollar less and it's not. Oakland County in Michigan sux to get caught. Being my first offense, I got 3 years probation and mysteriously no lien. OCJ is the worst place to be. Eminem can vouch for that, we were in there at the same time. I mean, I never saw him but...what am i talkin bout! That's just if anyone cares. I'll stop now. Damn!

Actually, I think it is a myth. There is possibly heavy jail time, but you wouldnt be charged with mansluaghter or anything.
I know in my state it is a misdermeanor to posses 100micrograms of acid or less, wich means most hits of low grade acid will get you by with a misdermeanor. But over that, which some hits of good acid are, or more than 1 hit is a felony. But that dosent mean your going to jail for a long time either. A freind of mine got busted a week ago at a road block for felony possesion of marijuana (he had about two oz's), and got three days in jail and 425 dollar fine. But thats weed though, if it were acid it might be harsher, but you see my point.
Sorry if I rambled I'm fucked up.

someone has to die for another individual to get charged with manslaughter and there is no optional -attempted- prefix on manslaughter since it applies to only accidental cases that a person is at fault for anothers death that could have prevented it. Since acid is one of the least lethal substances i highly doubt that would be a charge brought about an acid dealer. God, some rumors are so stupid.

I doubt that one but I have heard that If your caught with Acid ITS NOT THE ACtuall product that gets wieghed but the Carrier is also wieghed with it for sentencing SUXS huh? I wouldnt be surprised with that one and then there is the other age old rumor of if your caught with like a full 200 sheet of ACID your charged with conspiracy to overthrow the government. It seems far fetched but the governments pretty fucked up.

yea the penalty for acid is by the blotter/liquid weight and not the actual lsd weight. they dont actually distill the lsd out of it to get an accurate conviction/pentalty, why? i have no idea.
