nah, it isn't an amphetamine antihistamine. it's generic name is um cetirizine(C21H25ClN2O3). i mean you can derive any chemical compound from any other, but i dont see a direct route from zyrtec. the fluid has Banana flavor; glacial acetic acid; glycerin; grape flavor; methylparaben; propylene glycol; propylparaben; sodium acetate; sugar syrup; and water in it too which would have to be removed. it is a a metabolite though so it could be made into a stronger concentration and i could look into comin up with a synth to give you a nice deduction to give you something like methylcetirizine, hydrocetirizine or nitrocetirizine or something to the stronger effect if its trully worth it. i've never tried this stuff so ill have to know a few things before like if you have a sufficient amount of this stuff to clean up and make a deduction to a stronger solution, and possibly to a hcl form if you want. AND it might be important to know if you've done this recreationally to know if its got any value by being suped up, sorta like amphetamine, its ok recreationally, much better suped up to methamphetamine, ya know?
tee hee if you used a methamphetamine synth to make methcetirizine you'd get a compound that doesn't exist today- C22H27ClN2O3- i think, but who knows what this would do?

I drank bottles of the shit and it didn't really do shit. Maybe made me a little amped but it might have been just in my head. Naw, ya don't have to look anything up. It appears to be useless but I do have a shitload of bottles of it.
