Well I think smoking is more addictive than Heroine is because its considered socially acceptable and is easy to get your hands on and your confronted everywhere by people smoking a butt where if your in MOST resturaunts or sumshit there wont be a large amount of people shootin up with there meal.

i was just saying that hypnosis would have a better chance of working on a cigarette addiction, then the physical addiction of heroin. cause basically a heroin high is non-existant to an addict. 10-30 mins and mild. they just do it not to get sick and hypnosis won't do shit for that.

you'd be suprised how fucked up your lungs don't get if you remain active and play a sport or two.i mean i smoked about a pack a day till baseball season started again and then it dropped to about a half a pack. i still smoke weed like twice a day but you can barely tell that i smoke anything at all. your hacking up shit, most likely because your sitting on your ass giving the government every reason to keep weed illegal.

Welbutrin is an anti-depressant too but it can really help you quit smoking given, that you really wanna quit. i was on welbutrin for almost a year and i didn't smoke a cigarrette. then, i fuckin quit takin welbutrin and i started smokin again. i guess my will power aint that strong. Anyway, talk to your doctor bout it. If he tries to give you zyban tell him you want welbutrin because zyban doesn't have any generics and it's really expensive.
