you can use acetone to soak your pipe in to get it all out and give your pipe a good cleaning. then let the acetone evaporate. make sure its gone before you smoke the oil left behind. it shouldnt be flammable and shouldnt smell at all like acetone.

butane also works good for cleaning your pipes but you can't use the normal butane pvc pipe extraction i've found. i had to build a horizontal cylander that was cooled and had an emergency release valve. i'm tryin to scan the schematics to get on the web, but i dont even know where to post them. oh if you use butane to take the thc out of your pipe its gonna have to sit for awhile and you cant just run it through, so you have to do it in a cold enviornment.

I dunno I personnally have never been a huge fan of smoking resin myself just tends to give me a headache and mabye a bit of a body buzz also seems kinda desprate to me I usually give away the resin outa my pipes to phriends so they'll have sumthing to do while baked off thier ass instead of accidentally breaking shit of mine and I get my pieces nice and cleaned. However I have just recently started a chamber pipe so go figure.

the headache is caused by inhaling all the lighter products trying to smoke it and all the other inactive tars in it. you need to extract the thc to avoid the headache at least somewhat

my mom's done it was 20 years ago, my dad said the reason why she did it and stopped becuase it gave her a splittin headache. . The only good thing is my dad still smoke buds, he wants to light up a j with me one night when my mom's done college and she's out.
