hello everybody. I am out of jail, they had me in for 3 days because of possesion with intent to distribute a controlled substance. It was because I tried sending extacy through the mail, bad idea I don't reccomend it, they didn't give me a ticket or anything just straight to the police station then to a juvinile center. that sucked, I guess I should have listened to all of you who told me that was a bad idea.

And how did they catch you?

well it wasn't something I did to get caught, I just had some in an envelope I was stopped by the cops, they must have had inside information because they searched me like they knew what they were looking for, when they found the envelope they opened it up and the put cuffs on me.(they were really neat hand cuffs too, not with a chain the were one solid peice of metal that held my hands still). the story I came up with was that some guy on the street offered me five bucks to send that package for him because he was running late. I am home now and not in any trouble at all.

you dont go to jail (or juvie which is two totaly different things) without being arraigned.

When your arraigned you answer for the charges filled against you ( or what youve been arrested for) you dont go to jail if your not under arrest.

Anyone thats been there knows that theres court fees (they cant hold you for three days without putting you in front of a judge) - being your under 18 you cant be your own lawyer so the court appoints you one. (been there, done that) so your telling us that they just threw out the constitution in your state and broke everyone of you bill of rights.

I will try to explain this to you. When you are placed under arrest for a felony crime you are taken directly to a place where they can question you on it, that way they can build a case, and have something to send you to jail for. In my case when they were done at the police station (in case you want to know substation 4 of the aurora public police department.) they took me to a juvinile center.


You are truly an idiot, that has no under standing of the legal system. You might know about it when it comes to petty crimes, like you and your friends stealing bubble gum from the gas station. But when you are dealing with felonies, a lot of things are different. hell there were eve federal agents involved for a little bit, just because I had drugs that were on there way out of the state.


And one more thing you fucking idiot. there is more than one defenition for samaritan. but you have to use common sence when judging the meaning. lets see I am looking at a dictionary right now. What could I have been talking about when I said samaritan? could it be that I am from the country samaria? no. could it be that I am a member of a hebrew culture? maybe but no. or could it be pertaining to good charecter and deeds? of course. use your head before you start making statements. Ok, let me get this straight... first they have info on you, and KNOW you had pills with you which you were going to send on the mail... then wait for you outside til you come... they stop and search you and they DO find the pills they were looking for... they arrest you... then you tell them your little story... and they let you go.. (?)

Two things dont make sense here, if you havent noticed it already.

1- They know you have pills and stuff, and then they actualy find some on you. solid prove that they were right. then you tell them a story, and suddently they believe you, and set you free! I DONT THINK SO!

You say they knew that you had pills. This means they must have know about your entire little plan for a while.

2- So they were waiting for you at the exact mail box where you would send your x through, until you would show up, to arrest you? how did they know what mail box? how did they know what time?
