Sears it is by the water softners its used to clean iron removal filters. its only available at sears.

does it remove rust ? cause we have some water softner rust remover stuff in our barn, and is it liquid or solid,

THis is a cheap product. 6oz costs about 6.00 and 6oz will go a LONG LONG LONG LONG way in this methcat synth. i cannot find a picture of it on the web but it is a dark purple shiny flaky almost powdery product.

u can get it at aquarium supply stores and chem houses too.. sears is just the easiest
