I am making a channel on the undernet Mirc it is goin g to be called totse it will be much easyer to talk and find out shit so plz help

Blah i attended a class pon the undernet about registering a channel.. here are the rules.........

1. Must have 10 supporters that want YOU as the channel Manager and no offense but being a new member good luck finding the support..
2. Channel mus be active...the undernet checks the room before it is registered. Once you submit a app they check it every so often for a number of days to make sure there are at LEAST 10 people there.

I dont need to go on.. that rule we fail right there.. I have been going to #totse for a while and the most ever in was 6.. and that is not enough..

Also i was told they make NO exception to thier rules.. I may not be Mr. Know it All But i do research to back my self up.. Something you might want to try.. and you can read the rules for yourself... http://www.cservice.undernet.org/

I am not trying to bash you for trying but those are the rules. And there is nothing we can do about it.
