any comments our referances to the production of DMT would be very helpful if anyone has the knoledge. mainly the source to acquire the plant needed to produce DMT is much needed.

What is this DMT. Whatever it is, It's news to me, fill me on, what the plants look like and how it is made, From the little informaation I have gathered it seems that it could be quite prosperous.

from what I know the plant used to make DMT is DMT you don't need to prepare it or nothing fancy smoke the leaves and it is an LSD like high but starts in 60 seconds and is gone in about an hour. go to http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/dmt/dmt.shtml and all the awnsers to your quistions await you.

You absolutely can't just smoke a DMT containing plant and get high. The most potent plant that contains DMT has only a 1% alkaloid content in the root-bark at the most if you're lucky. The active dose of smoked DMT is about 50mg. This means you would have to smoke 5g of very though plant root-bark. If you were to smoke DMT you would have to do it very fast (no longer than 30 seconds) because tolerance builds very quickly. It would be impossible to smoke all that matterial that fast.
Now if you were to boil that plant matterial in partially acidified water a few times over then mixed with an MAOI, it would be oraly active. Ofcourse the amount needed would have to go up to at least 15g of plant matterial.

It might be possible to do a very fast butane extraction with Dyplopteris cabrerana. Fist you would have to soak your plant matterial in amonia to change the ph (this would make the dmt soluable in the butane). Now you would have to create a vesel out of pipe. You want to put two caps over the ends. On the bottom you would drill several holes and put a wire mesh to keep everything from falling out. On the top you would need just one hole for the butane to go in. Put your plant matterial in the pipe and empty a few bottles of butane through the top. Have a ceramic bowl on the bottom to catch the butane. The pipe will get very cold so you would want to wrap a rag or something around it if you are gona hold it with your hand. This is a very cold extraction so most of the unwanted matterial will not dissolve. Butane boils at room temperature so it will boil off very quickly leaving you with smokeable DMT. Ofcourse this is only for informational purposes. I wouldn't want anyone to break the law.

It might be better do do an A\B extraction, first acidifying the alkloids, then washing with some colemans, basifying, then extracting with colemans. Evaporate.

How would an a/b extraction be better? The one step butane extraction would be done in minutes instead of days.

Well, it wouldn't actually take days. Plus it helps get a purer product, by getting rid of fats and oils and such. But then again, I never used butane before so I wouldn't know. I never said it would be easier, I just said it might be better.

A/B would be better because:

The gas pressure will most likey escalate beyond your expectations. Once the butane hits the ammonia soln it will absorb energy from the water and rapidly transform into the gaseous state.

A gaseous state is what you want. This would leave behind all the DMT. If you do an a/b you might get an emulsion that wont budge for days (specially if you don't use the right solvents). With an a/b you might add too much hcl or naoh destroying some of the alkaloids. There is more equipment needed for an a/b. It's very difficult to read ph papers with most dmt plants (mimosa is used as a dye!). Not everyone has a ph meter.

Or maybe you are talking about the amonia since it IS a gas. I don't think that would matter. The butane is in contact with the plant matterial only for as long as it takes it to get to the bottom of the tube. Then it'll drip on the the dish and boil off. Just wear a mask or be in a very well ventilated area.
