I talked with a girl that had one and she said it did not hurt. I didn't believe her though. She also said it increased her stimulation in certain circumstances. What else do you want to know?

Piercings don't hurt anywhere near as much as you think they will..
Anasthetic, plus a very sharp needle means the pain is minimal at best, for most piercings..
